India International Tea Convention 2016 offers exhibition opportunities to those wishing to showcase their products viz. Value-added Teas, Tea Machinery, Packaging Machinery, etc. As the industry’s who’s who are expected to be present, the exhibition will provide the ideal forum for information sharing, networking and product sourcing.

Stall Allotment:

The allotment of stall will be made on “First come First Served” basis. The Stall Layout is given below. The stall booking form is given below and exhibitors are requested to fill the form in all respects and submit. Exhibitors are requested to contact IITC Secretariat by email or phone for availability of their preferred choice of stall.

Payment:

100% advance payment for stall rent to be paid within 5 days from the date of reservation of stall, failure to make payment within stipulated time would render cancellation of stall booking. Details of mode of payment are given below.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation must be received at the IITC-2016 Secretariat (address mentioned below) by letter, fax or e-mail, by the stipulated dates.

  • No refunds of applicable taxes will be made
  • All refunds will be made after a period of 30 days of the conclusion of the Convention
  • Full refund, less administration charges of 15% of registration for cancellations received upto 31.8.2016
  • 50% refund for cancellations received between 1.9.2016 to 15.9.2016
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 16.9.2016
